Welcome to Diaspora Museum Tours LTD

Diaspora Museum Tours LTD serves as a facilitator, inspiring individuals who want to learn about American history and the contributions of African predecessors. We are the first tour group to let you discover the beginnings of the historic voyager that transported Africans across the Atlantic Ocean to ports in North Carolina, South Carolina, and Virginia.

We are Synonymous with Resistance, Endurance, Character Persistence, &, Compliance

The International African American Museum is being constructed in Westside, South Carolina, and will open on January 23, 2023. Participants on this tour will be exposed to films and writings that link the journey over the Atlantic Ocean to resistance, revolution, creolization, immigration, and the middle passage, revealing Africa and America’s deep interconnectedness.

Our Mission & Vision

The objective of Diaspora Museum Tours LTD is to educate as many people as possible about the lives and legacies of individuals who were held hostage and forced to live in a foreign nation, language, and culture. Truthfully, none of us would be where we are now if it weren’t for their strength, perseverance, and battle for liberation.
